This institution was established in 1961 as a Government College to monitor primary education in West Pakistan. In 1976, the college was upgraded to offer teacher education programmes. This campus consists of a large academic block, science block, postgraduate block, one beautiful mosque and the useful play grounds. There are two large hostels for female students.
